The pulse jet bag filter combines the advantages of various types of bag filter with chamber backflushing and pulse jet cleaning. The product has the characteristics of overall cleaning in separate chambers. It adopts large-scale pulse valve to clean the dust, which has strong cleaning ability, good effect and long service life. This product is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration dust, which can simplify the dust process and reduce equipment investment. The product is compact in structure and occupies less floor space, which can reduce investment.
The pulse jet bag filter has 33 specifications in four series. The filtration area is from 93-436lm2, and the processing air volume is 6900m3/h to 314000mw/h. Widely used in building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical and refractory industries; especially suitable for dust collection systems (or dust removal systems) such as crushing, packaging, storage roofs, clinker coolers and various mills in cement plants. It is suitable for coal mill dust removal, but fire and explosion-proof measures should be added, and the structure of the dust collector should be changed accordingly. It can also be applied to the dust removal of gas with extremely high dust concentration, such as the grinding system with O-sepa powder separator. . For the severe cold areas in northern my country, the dust collector can also be applied after adding heating and heat preservation devices.
