The special dust remover for laser cutting machine is also a kind of filter cartridge dust remover. It is a directional product developed to solve the problem of a large number of sparks and dust generated by laser cutting machine in the current market. At present, the model has 6 kinds of standard specifications, integrating spark catcher, dust collector, fan, electric control cabinet and ash discharge device, plug and play. Laser cutting machine with its own cutting platform at the bottom of the factory will have a diameter of 200-300mm exhaust outlet. Before leaving the factory, the bottom air inlet of the dust collector will reserve three kinds of standard flange interfaces of 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm. The special dust collector for laser cutting produced by our company is an integrated machine. After receiving the goods, it is transported and placed next to the laser cutting machine. With plastic pipes with steel wires or other hard iron pipes, the air outlet at the bottom of the cutting platform can be connected in series with the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector. When the power supply is connected into the electric control cabinet of the precipitator, the unit can be started up and operated. Detailed operation instruction manual is provided with the machine, which is convenient and fast.
