RTM1300G HOT-MELT GLUE STICKING MACHINE

Capability and use:

RTM1300G HOT-MELT GLUE STICKING MACHIN is specially developed for customers, it’s a new special-purpose equipment.It consists of seven standalone unit and two PUR glue suppliers.Among them, the double gluing machine is equipped with a set of gluing device for reticulated rolls and a set of gluing device for upper and lower reticulated rolls.

The production process is briefly described as follows:substrate is preheated by dedusting and then coated with PUR hot melt adhesive on double coating machine,artificial placement of frames, built-ins and panels on the roller assembly table,after pressing, the finished sheet is exported by the output plate machine.
