Manufacturing Process
The overlay can be directly laminated with PVC printing sheets in card laminators, streamlining the card production workflow.
- Place printing core between two overlays (glue sides inward)
- Lamination at 125-140℃ with 6-8Mpa pressure for 10-15 minutes
- Final cutting to required card dimensions
Packaging & Storage
Standard export carton packaging with plywood pallets, suitable for long-distance sea or air transport. Store sealed in moisture-proof conditions at room temperature below 40℃, avoiding heavy pressing and direct sunlight.
