Manufacturing Process
Card Production Steps:
- Place printing core and two overlays together with glue sides facing inward
- Insert into laminator following machine-specific temperature and time instructions
- Lamination duration: 10-15 minutes
- Pressure: 6-8 Mpa
- Temperature: 120-140°C
- Final card cutting and finishing
