Honeycomb ceramic baffles are also named "plate bricks." In regenerative furnaces, they are installed in front of honeycomb ceramics to protect them and extend their lifespan. The first consideration is their high-temperature performance and thermal shock resistance. The honeycomb baffles are mainly made of white corundum, which has excellent high-temperature stability and good thermal shock resistance. By using our white corundum blocks, the service life of honeycomb ceramics can be doubled, significantly reducing downtime and production costs for the factory.
