High Refractoriness Under Load DRL-65 Low creep High Alumina Brick Used For The Burner Of Hot Blast Stove/High-temperature kilns
DRL-65 Low creep High Alumina Brick is widely used in metallurgical industry, like hot blast stove and blast furnace for Iron-making, lime kiln for production of lime, and rotary kiln and reheating stoves.
DRL-65 Low creep High Alumina Brick can resist 1500 ℃ high temperature as well as keep good state, it also can resist compressive strength of at least 80Mpa, along iwth more than 30 times shock resistance (water cooling).
DRL-65 Low creep High Alumina Brick are mainly made from chamotte, being high pressure pressed and sintered in high temperature. Main minerals compositions are mullite phases. These products are widely used in all parts of furnace lining for middle and small capacity blast furnaces because of their excellent physical and chemical properties in high temperature. It also can be used in lining for other kinds of furnace.
Feature: good adhesion, low resilient rate.
Usage: used in hot blast stove, new spraying blast furnace lining, and spray at a later stage of furnace lining repair. Construction of resilient rate is low, less spray coating evenly dense, high strength after dry.
