High Refractoriness Quartz Checker Silica Refractory Bricks

 
Definition:
Quartz Checker Brickis made of silicon as raw material with high temp firing ,which silicon oxide is above 93% ,used in hot blast furnace,coke oven,glass kiln,these brick have good volume stability at high temperature, high refractoriness under the load,small rate of shrinkage in working condition.
 
Advantage:
 
    (1) Refractoriness under load:
    The refractoriness under load of Quartz Checker Brick is higher than that of clay brick and high aluminum brick, reaching 1640 ~ 1670℃, which belongs to advanced refractory materials. 
 
    (2) Thermal conductivity:
    Quartz Checker Brick​ has better thermal conductivity than clay brick and high aluminum brick
 
Application:
    
 Quartz Checker Brick​ is mainly used for the partition of coking chamber and combustor of coke making furnace, regenerator chamber and cinder chamber of steelmaking open hearth furnace, soaking pit, refractory material of glass melting furnace and sintering furnace of ceramics and other kiln vault and other load-bearing parts.
It is also used for high temperature load bearing parts of hot blast furnace and acid open hearth furnace top.
