3/8" hydraulic control line is mainly used to inject chemicals into oil and gas wells. It will be connected to the downhole chemical injection valve. Through 3/8" hydraulic control line and chemical injection valve, the chemical detergents can be injected from the ground into the tubing at a certain depth of the downhole to effectively remove the scaling of the tubing and ensure the normal production of the oil and gas field. It can also be used for pressure control of surface ety valve and other surface valves, as well as various connecting lines of instrument control system for oil and gas field drilling and oil production large-scale equipment.

For 3/8" hydraulic control line, Tiptop can provide wall thickness of 0.02", 0.028" and 0.035", 0.049", 0.065" and 0.083", made from Austenitic steel 304L (UNS S30403), Austenitic steel 316L (UNS S31603), Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 & S31803), Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) and Inconel 625 (UNS N06625). All control lines comply with ASTM-A 269, ASTM-A 632, ASTM-A 789 and ASTM-B 704. The range of working pressure to adapt is 60-120 Mpa.
