We are able to manufacture and sell Stainless Steel 316L Control tube with the outer diameter 3/8”, the Thickness is 0.049 inch with cold drawn welded and wooden reels, which completely conform to the standard of ASTM A269. For each single reel the length we could do is 5000FT/ reel or customized.
The 3/8 "hydraulic control line is mainly used to inject chemical agents into oil and gas wells. That is to say, connect the 3/8" hydraulic control line to the down hole chemical agent injection valve, and descale through the 3/8 "hydraulic control line and chemical agent injection valve. Chemical agents are injected from the surface into the tubing at a certain depth down hole, effectively removing the scaling of the tubing and ensuring the normal production of oil and gas fields.
