Stainless steel coiled tubing is the widely used steel capillary tube which is ideal for use in potentially corrosive environments or transferring liquids and gases for cooling, heating, and other purposes. Stainless coiled tubing is made with the finest quality stainless tube by bent, curved, wound, or otherwise formed process around a hollow “center”. our 13Cr tube has the characteristics of restricted tolerance control, improved system ety and reliability, superior sealing performance, better corrosion resistance, etc.
Our manufacturing process generally includes: Raw material inspection → production → heat treatment → inspection & test → rewinding → packaging
We strictly control the purchase of raw materials, choose laser welding to minimize energy consumption and deformation. In the machining process we have layers of inspection to ensure the quality of the product. The inspection&test process generally includes dimensional inspection, non destructive evaluation(NDE) and hydrostatic test. We have two types of packing: wooden shaft and iron shaft.
