Punching cable protectors are formed by bolt mounted in the connection pipe, for a variety of cables, control lines, chemical injection lines, encapsulation lines and etc, widely applied on cross coupling, tubing, ety valve protection, completions, fixing, well repair and gauge completions. It provides a e and quick way of conveying and securing downhole cables into well bore. The materials are stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials for client’s unique needs. A hand caliper or hydraulic caliper is needed for field installation.

Features:

• Banding Straps-Banding straps are used for securing a bare control line to the tubing for small tubing sizes in shallow set applications.

• Offset Clamps-Two Piece Design-the offset clamps are designed to protect control lines bypassing the SCSSV in deep set and horizontal applications. The rugged stamped design is available for securing single control lines or multiples encapsulated buddles. These protectors are assembled using a wedge pin which ensures reliable clamping during the life of the well.

• Offset Clamps-One-Piece Design-these offset clamps are also designed to protect the control lines bypassing the SCSSV in deep set and horizontal applications. The forged design accommodates a wide range of bypass possibilities while providing reliable protection for the life of the well.

Eccentric Protectors-The eccentric control line protectors which are used integral to the SCSSV assembly offer the most rugged solution for bypass protection. The eccentric protectors are specifically designed to meet the application requirements for control line bypass and casing size. The eccentric OD of the protectors ensures the control line is protected while running along the SCSSV.
