CT80 API 5ST Continuous Coiled Tubing for Downhole Operation

As one of the main products of our company, conventional CT80 coiled tubing has more than 10 years of production history and supply experience, and now there is a mature production process and production line. Similar materials include CT70, CT90, CT100, CT110, etc. All our products are of high quality and fully conforms to API 5ST standard.

The operation features of coiled tubing are as follows:

1. Oil well operation without stopping production: the pressure control equipment can make the coiled tubing ely applied under the pressure condition.

2. High pressure pipeline: the coiled tubing string provides a high pressure channel for fluid circulation, in and out of the well hole. In addition, hydraulic tools can be operated by coiled tubing string or downhole power can be provided by fluid pump.

3. Continuous circulation: when the coiled tubing string is lowered into the well or pumped out from the well, the fluid can still be continuously pumped into the well.

4. Rigidity and strength: the rigidity and strength of coiled tubing string enable tools and equipment, as well as coiled tubing string itself, to be pushed and pulled out of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.

5. Install of conductor and pipeline: electric conductor or hydraulic pipeline can be installed in coiled tubing string and terminated at coiled tubing drum. Operation control and power function can be installed between downhole tool combination and ground equipment.

Our products have complete specifications and can meet all working conditions. The outer diameter range of CT80 tube we supply is from 3/4”(Ф19.05mm) to 3 1/2”(Ф88.9mm). The thickness range is from 0.075" to 0.3" (1.9mm ~ 7.6mm).
