Tiptop is specialized in providing all linds of seamless or welded alloy steel coiled tube, alloy steel control line, alloy steel continuous tube.
Seamless control lines are used in SCSSV, Chemical Injection, and Advanced Well Completions. Seamless tubes provide another tubing solution for our customer's complex well designs. The most common uses for Seamless line tend to be shorter length applications whereby no orbital welds are required.
Welded Control Lines are the preferred construction for lines being used in downhole oil and gas applications. Our welded control lines are used in SCSSV, Chemical Injection, Advanced Well Completions, and Gauge Applications.
The nickel content in Alloy 825 provides resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking. The nickel, in conjunction with the molybdenum and copper, also gives Alloy 825 tubing great resistance to reducing environments, like those containing sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Aiding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is one of the chief benefits of the molybdenum. Resistance to a variety of oxidizing substances such as nitric acid, nitrates, and oxidizing salts comes from the chromium content. Titanium, often with heat treatment, serves to stabilize the alloy against sensitization to inter granular corrosion.
Quality Control:
Hydrostatic test for each coil and conform to ASTM standards and requested specifications. The specification and length per coil can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
With high pressure and super length from 1/8” to 1/2” OD and a variety of wall thicknesses in loose bulk wound coils or reeled on wooden drum. These products are mainly applied in petroleum industry, chemical industry, shipbuilding, natural gas, and etc.
