Cold Drawn High Strength Duplex Seamless Stainless Steel Coiled Tubes
Duplex stainless steel tubing coils are charactrized by good resistant to the cracking caused by chloride stress corrosion in austenitic grades, and have improved resistance to localised corrosion, very high mechanical strength. Our factory specilizes in manufacturing high quality duplex stainless steel tubing in a wide range of duplex stainless steel grades. Details as below:
Product standards:
Duplex stainless steel tubings are usually manufactrued and inspected under below standards:
- EN 10216-5 TC1/TC2
- ASTM A789,ASTM A790
- PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000
- NACE MR0175
Other requirements, standards on customers requests.
Size range:
Outside Diameter: 1/8’’ – 1/2’’ (3.175 mm – 12.7 mm)
Coiled tubing length: up to 32,808 feet (10,000 m)
Tubing with minimum orbital welds reduces the risk of leakages when connecting tubes, and suitable for delivery for customers need.
Single coiled tubing is available
The tubes are delivered with plastic caps for protection from potential contamination during storage.

Duplex stainless steel tubings are available in AISI standards and EN/DIN standards, and other standards on customers' requests.
