F46 Alloy 625 Stainless Steel Encapsulated Coiled Tubing
The encapsulated tubing are designed to protect the (duplex) stainless steel tubing coils free from various harsh corrosion environments. Tube will be Encapsulated with high performance thermoplastic or elastomer materials functional in either 150C or 200C operating temperature environments.The tube size and encapsulation material can be made as per requirement, Flatpack is also available.
Capillary tubing is evaporated with the latest thermoplastic elastomeric compounds designed to outlast the life of most project tubing. Installations by reducing the possibility of corrosion and mechanical damage. The advantages of Encapsulated tubing is corrosion resistance, arson, wear resistance, in all kinds of temperature and pressure can maintain the toughness and flexibility.

Encapsulation Material
F46 is the copolymer of PTFE and HFP (hexafluoropropylene). Named FEP. Wear-resistant, heat resistant, corrosion-resistant. It is capable of withstanding high temperature up to 280 degrees Celsius in the work.
