PVC Sheath Cold Drawn Seamless 304L Multi Core Tubing
Multi Core Tube is a bundled tube tied together to efficiently install, maintain and control at once. It is used in shipbuilding, offshore plants and etc. to transport liquid, gas or electricity. It normally consists of one to nine stainless steel tubes laid up spirally inside an extruded outer PVC sheath. They are widely used for pneumatic and hydraulic remote control, measuring and monitoring systems.
Materials are ASTM TP316/ 316L, TP304/304L.

For easier identification and further protection purpose, individual tubing is covered with “color-identifying inner sheath”.
For easier installation, information of tube material, size, lot NO., length, etc. is continuously marked every 1 meter on Multi Core Tube’s outside sheath.
The extruded outer sheath is made of oil and seawater resistant, weatherproof, flame retardant, corrosion and acid resistant PVC. The multi-core tube is continuously marked at every one meter throughout the entire length for easy installation. Heat shrinkable products provide complete water sealing, abrasion and corrosion protection under all conditions.
