We can provide 1/8"-1/2" OD bare control line tubings with materials of Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 & S31803) and Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), wall thicknesses of 0.02 ", 0.028", 0.035 ", 0.049", 0.065 "and 0.083" and working pressure of 60 -120 Mpa. The fabrication process is longitudinal welding+surface seamless treatment. TIPTOP control lines meet ASTM-A 789 standard. Length can also be customized.
