CT80 API 5ST Coiled Tubing High Strength
Coiled tubing (CT), also known as a flexible tube, is a high strength, good ductility, corrosion-resistance welded steel pipe. A reel length can be thousands of meters. Now, with the development of coiled tubing machines and related equipment, coiled tubing operations technology has been applied to drilling, workover, well testing, oil production, stimulation, completion and other fields.
Our low content of a conventional coiled tubing material parathion, uniform structure, suitable mechanical properties, bending coil is less than 0.80, the difference in strength properties in different parts or less 50MPa. All the mechanical properties are in line with API Spec 5ST specification, and has excellent fatigue resistance.
The user can select the desired material and steel according to the conditions. Size can be customized according to API Spec 5ST or user requirements.
