Design feature for HDPE PE PVC Single Wall Electric Corrugated Pipe Soft Hose Extrusion Making Production Lines
1) Extrusion die head structure is special design for those type pipe in pipe making.
2) The corrugated pipe forming device adopt vacuum forming type. The forming model is precsion, and easy to change different sizes.
3)Adopting SIEMENS PLC control system to control the whole line, like extruder start/stop, vacuum start/stop, Haul-off speed sync control and start/stop;and also with safety protection alarm and stop function.
This Pipe in pipe machine is used to make corrugated pipe. Corrugated pipe usually adopts PP or PE raw materials, have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility etc.
