200-500mm PE Gas Pipe Extrusion Machine Plastic Pipe Production Line is spefialized for PE/PP material and make pipe. The extruder equipped with barrel unit and mixing structure, we use special screw and barrel for PE/PPR/ABS...Material, special design for shaping and cooling system, the vacuum shaping tank can ensure the stability of size and roundness, speed controllers are used in extruder, haul-off to offer stability and precision. The whole line can adopt PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient. The line can be equipped with another co-extruder used for extruding color line.

Configuration:
