Product Description:
This pipe production line is mainly used for producing HDPE/LDPE/PE pipe. The pipe has some excellent features such as heating resistant, aging resistant, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracks resistant, good creep resistant, etc. It is a preferred gas conduit for ductwork systems between city and its suburb, water supply in city.
Constituent of plastic making machine
Electrical parts: ABB inverter, Siemens contactor, RKC thermo controllers etc,we maily use Delta/ABB PLC system,It is optional for customer's need.
Distributed spiral composite extrusion die-head ensures the melting pressure and flux even and stable, the surface of pipe smooth and glossy.
high efficient screw, hard gear surface gearbox, uniformed raw material heating, good plasticization, high extrusion speed.
Forming modules: it is made of hard steel, dealed with a rigorous use of CNC finishing materials produced to ensure the hardness and precision of the molding modules. These modules are easy and convenient to change.
Die Head:Material:40Cr,the surface of die is chromeplated,anti-corrosive.
Mould Blocks :It is 40Cr materials ,could be two cavities or single cavity.
Vacuum Calibration And Spray Water Cooling Tank :Made of stainless steel ensures precise calibration and fast cooling.,It has water pump and vacuum pump,the thickness of the wall is 2-4mm.

Haul- Off Machine : It dopts multi claws haul-off unit, speed adjusted by frequency inverter,For different pipe size and different speed requirement ,we develop kinds of haul-off machine accordingly,Optional to choose muti-caterpillar hual-off machine with wide speed range.
Coiler :Single position or double position with torque motors,40 type single/double station coiler,63type single/double station coiler,110type single station coiler.we offer different solutions according different requirement.Sinments PLC automatic operation mode,It is controlled by inverter system,suitable for corrugated hose winding.
