According to many years of plastic machinery development and design experience, in the introduction of foreign advanced technology and digestion and absorption, on the basis of self-developed PE pipe production line. Has the unique structure, the design is novel, the equipment entire line layout is reasonable, the control performance is strong and so on.

1)Special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel, ensuring the rapid plasticizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.
AC motor is controlled by ABB brand frequency converter; other electric elements are Schneider brand;

2)Two layer co-extrusion die head, with each layer thickness adjustable; High quality 40Cr steel mold material, processed by imported CNC machinery with high precesion.
Tip and die mould surface are chrome plated, which has great benefits of easy cleaning, longer life span, and reduce extrusion friction.

3) Servo motor driven haul-off machine, with fast speed reation speed, and more stable; Speed sync controlled with the extruder roation speed

4) Fully automatic pipe coiler is equipped, which can cut the pipes, change new coil, make PP strapping and unload the coil fully automatically.
Seperate PLC control system is to control the whole operation process automatically and intelligently.
To match with the coiler, one pipe accumulator is also included, using to storage the pipe while changing coils.

5)SIEMENS PLC programmable computer control system, which could ensure the whole line high-speed synchronous control and its stable & reliable running.

5.The cutting machine adopts annular dust-free cutting, and the pipe wall is smooth.
6.The stacker adopts the proximity switch to control the fixed length, and the cylinder controls the blanking after cutting.

The extruder adopts Siemens Motor, ABB inverters, Omron temperature controllers, breakers high quality components.
