Double cavity PVC UPVC pipe production line :

with conical twin screw extruder as main extruder,
equip with GF series auxiliary machinery, specially designed for PVC pipe(UPVC,CPVC share machines), is mainly used in the area of
agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc .
The line is conical twin screw extruder equipped with double single-control stainless steel vacuum spraying calibration, it avoids
waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double hauling off machine ane
cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible.

16-40mm can be double cavity with SJSZ51/105 as main extruder,

16-50mm can be double cavity with SJSZ55/120 or SJSZ65/132 as main extruder,

16-63mm can be double cavity with SJSZ65/132 as main extruder,

50-110mm can be double cavity with SJSZ80/156 as main extruder.
