15m/Min HDPE Corrugated Drainage Pipe Production Line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming equipment, Haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker and other components, with good stability, and produced high, easy to operate, reliable. The PVC pipe extrusion line can produce water supply and drainage pipe, the material is U-PVC, C-PVC, large diameter PVC. Configure the secondary shunt mold, with a low temperature.
Φ20-800 series 15m/Min HDPE Corrugated Drainage Pipe Production Line is mainly used in manufacturing the pipe for agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. This line is composed by conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter and staker etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul-off motors adopt high-quality brand.
The haul-off methods are two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw etc. you may choose saw cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionally attached with the length counter and intensifying device. The equipment is with the reliable performance and high production efficiency.
After forming, the bellows joint is very perfect, no staggered joint can ensure the strength of the pipe, not easy to damage, beautiful appearance, and the machine can run for a long time without stopping. Under the control of water cooling and air cooling, the line speed can reach 25-30 meters per minute, which is three times of the production speed of the honest production line. The bellows forming machine can be equipped with 90 pairs of modules.
The forming die is run by gear and rail, and the replacement of the die is convenient for 15 minutes. It can be designed on a pair of molds to accommodate two sizes of apertures. It is easy to operate, does not need to change the grinding tools frequently, reduces the time of changing the molds, improves the working efficiency, and saves the cost of the molds. The unique threading technology is easy to operate, which makes the bellows threading more convenient.
