PVC pipe production line
PVC pipe production line / PVC pipe production line is mainly used to produce plastic PVC pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses, suitable for agriculture and construction pipelines, cable laying and other industries. This PVC pipe extrusion line is composed of twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping tank, traction, cutter and tilt stacker. The extruder uses a conical screw that helps plasticize. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed. A part of the stainless steel shell vacuum calibration tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for calibration and cooling. The traction also has frequency control and continuous automatic operation. The cutting process is driven by electric and pneumatic, with dust collecting device. The stacker is pneumatically controlled by a cylinder. The entire production line has stable and reliable performance and high production efficiency. Our company can also produce spiral muffler pipes, foam core pipes and other special pipe production lines according to customer requirements.
The entire PVC pipe production line can use PLC according to customer requirements.
PVC pipe process
→Mixer→Forced feeding→Conical twin-screw extruder→Die and calibrator→Vacuum slag discharge cooling tank→Printing machine→Tractor→Cutting machine→Stacker
Features of PVC pipe making machine:
1. SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a special equipment for extruding PVC compound material. With different kinds of molds and auxiliary machines, various PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars and pellets can be produced.
2. The conical twin screw has applied an oil cooling system. The barrel is cooled by a special air cooling system.
3. The conical twin-screw extruder system uses special computer control. According to customer requirements, the most reasonable conical twin-screw structure can be manufactured to achieve the best plasticity and material quality.
4. The conical twin screw is made of high-precision special digital spiral milling cutter; the extrusion performance can be highly coordinated. It first introduced advanced technology to produce screws with variable pitch and depth, which can cut and cut materials more gently.
5. The distribution box is specially designed and fully adopts tension bearings, which can extend the service life of the driver. It can withstand greater extrusion pressure.
6. The electrical system mainly uses imported parts, with multiple alarm systems, almost no problems can be easily eliminated. The cooling system adopts a special design, the heat dissipation area becomes larger, the cooling is fast, and the temperature control tolerance can be ±1 degree.
