Plastic HDPE/PP/PE/PVC/PPR Single Wall Electrical Conduit Pipe Machinery can produce 9mm to 1200mm OD/ID corrugated pipe, which are widely used as cable protect cover, medical transfer pipe (small size corrugated pipe); gas transfer, water transfer (big size corrugated pipe) etc.

Plastic HDPE/PP/PE/PVC/PPR Single Wall Electrical Conduit Pipe Machinery consists of:

1. extruder
a. We choose extruder type according to different material. We usually use conical double screw extruder for PVC material while single screw extruder for PE/PP material.

b. We choose extruder model according to pipe size & mould design. For example, PE 9mm to 25mm corrugated pipe, we choose SJ65/30 single screw extruder for high speed design or SJ55/30 single screw extruder for normal speed design.

c. We choose extruder QTY according to pipe design. For single wall corrugated pipe, we use one extruder; for double wall corrugated pipe, 2 sets of extruders. For example, for PE 160mm single wall corrugated pipe production machine, we choose SW-75/33 single screw extruder; for double wall type we choose SJ75/33 single screw extruder + SW-65/33 single screw extruder as well as SW-45/90 conical double screw extruder for small PVC single wall corrugated pipe extrusion.

According to client’s requirements, our extruder could be controlled by SIEMENS PLC.
