Plastic PVC| PE| PP| PPR Extrusion Making Machine Production Line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic door and window profile, wide door board, and multi-cable threading profiles.
For different sectional surface and molds, twin conical (parallel) screws extruder of different specifications can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker, etc. Capacity of the line can be optionally chosen from 80-700kg/h. Special designed vacuum calibrating table, haul-off and cutter with saw dust collecting system guarantee fine product and stable production.
The Plastic PVC| PE| PP| PPR Extrusion Making Machine Production Line is automatically controlled by PLC for easy operation. Also each equipment in the line can be separately controlled.
