Our PVC pipe extrusion machine has features of low energy consumption, high output, stable running etc. The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material feeder, SJSZ series conic twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker/automatic belling machine. Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe extrusion line to make small size PVC pipes. The main electrics for PVC pipe extrusion machine adopt Siemens motor, Schneider contactor, ABB inverter, RKC temperature controller. Specified screw design of profile get better plasticizing and more stable extrusion; Speedy cooling forming die supports the production line with faster linear speed and higher efficiency; Upper and lower belt is driven by the separate motor, which ensures stability and reliability of hauling; Calibration table is adjustable by fore-back, left-right, up-down which brings simplified and convenient operation; Saw cutting unit bring speedy and stable cutting with smooth incision; as to wide width board, Grace specially designed lateral moving cutting unit with lifter ensures speedy and stable cutting; Combined unit of hauling and cutting is also offered, which is a more compact and economical design.
