HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line/Extrusion Machine is mainly used for water drainage system. If is fully computer controlled extrusion line. It features high and stable output capacity, and highly automatic operation. For PE and PP, you can choose high efficient single or double screw extruders. For PVC, you can choose conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder. Forming system consists of mould and corrugator. Mould blocks can be easily changed and they have air or water cooling system. The belling process is on line. High precision cutting can be guaranteed by cutting machine. The production line can also be equipped with Siemens PLC system.

What is pipe extruding?
A pipe extrusion line consists of a number of pieces of equipment. An extruder converts the polyethylene raw material to a continuous tubular melt by extrusion through an annular die. The molten pipe then proceeds through a sizing or calibration device (which fixes its dimensions) to a cooling trough.
