Description of Gas Pipe 90-400mm Smooth Rigid Corrugated Single Screw Extruder Machine

1.Adopt high speed single screw extruder, optimized spiral die ensure the melt distribution uniform to make the pipe wall uniform and guarantee the pipe pressure.

2. Suitable for PE, HDPE, MDPE, LDPE pipe extrusion.

3. PE pipe is widely used in many fields.Among them, water supply pipe and gas pipe are its two biggest application markets. It has excellent corrosion resistance, longservice life, good impact resistance, reliable connection performance, good construction performance.

Single Screw Extruder

1. Feeding section is grooved structure with temperature controller, easy to get high capacity and stable extrusion.

2. By using new type barrer screw design, this extruder has a high extrusion capacity in high RPM with low energy consumption, and this extruder can control the material shearing to get the ideal and even melt temperature.

Double Chamber Vacuum Calibrator

1. Optimized design tank and water pipe system made from stainless steel.

2. Total length 6000mm

3. Two vacuum chambers are controlled separately, equipped with temperature controllers and water level controllers.

4. The vacuum calibration table can be adjusted up and down, left and right.

Sparay Cooling Tank
