Fully Automatic Plastic PVC/PP/PE Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used to produce PVC, PP, PE single wall corrugated pipes, PVC, PP, PEelectric corrugated hose etc. This PVC/PP/PE corrugated pipe extrusion line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Components of Fully Automatic Plastic PVC/PP/PE Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line
A. Single screw extruder:
Using the high efficient single screws, specially designed for plastic material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality corrugated pipe extrusion.
B. Extrusion Mould:
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes.
C. Forming machine with forming block:
Rapid vacuum forming system with air cooling and water cooling. The precised mould block design to make the cooling more effeciency. New design of air cooling system to inscrease the production speed.
D. Winder:
Single plate winder and double plate winder, coiling automaticly.
