Introduction:
Single screw extruder equipped with hardened gear reducer, the screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA nitriding treatment, the nitriding layer depth is 0.4-0.7, the HV hardness is more than 1000, and the brittleness is not greater than grade 2. The screw adopts a separate mixing structure. Equipped with 22KW motor, (ABB) variable frequency governor, three groups of air groove cast aluminum heating rings, heating power of 12KW, low-noise fan cooling, automatic temperature control electric panel (Chint low-voltage electrical), temperature control instrument is intelligent, double channel instrument.
