Operating Principle
This integrated system combines jar washing, filling, and capping in a continuous automated process:

- Three-stage washing process: disinfectant, recycled water, and pure water rinsing
- Gravity-based jar transfer from holders to filling position
- Precision filling with time-based volume control
- Automatic cap sorting and capping with pneumatic cylinders
