600BPH Automatic PLC control 5 gallon filling machine for drinking water

The machine is integrated washing filling and capping together. It is ideal machine to produce barrel water. The whole machine is using stainless steel 202 shell, rust resistant, can be cleaned easily.Main electric parts are all branded. Air channel system use Air TAC brand product.The machine is with compact construction, just occupy small room, working efficiency is high. The machine only need 2 operators to control, is a good choice for factory.

The machine set-up do not need plug floor screw, after case taking off, set the machine on the flat floor, and then adjust stand height and adjust all stand pressure to be average. After the machine is set up well, get in through water pipe, drain pipe and power, air power.

Working process:

Barrel filling unit can be divided into 3 steps: washing, filling and capping, total 18 working stations

1, 1 electric heating station

2, 2 disinfectant washing stations

3, 1 dripping station

4, 2 return water stations

5, 2 pure water stations

6, 1 dripping station

One side 9 stations, Both sides 18 stations

Working process as below:

• The empty bottles enter the washing and disinfection stations through the chain and bottle holder. (The washing bottle passes through 9 stations) Washing process will be divided into 4 steps:1, hot alkali water washing 2,thimerosal washing；3,clean water washing,4,pure water washing.Every washing step is set to 8S,after washing,there will be 10S for dripping. When the drive motor runs with an empty bottle, and enters the positioning induction zone with the sensor on the chain, the positioning sensor switch sends a signal to stop the drive motor, and at the same time, the rinse bottle water pump starts to perform The flushing and disinfection work (the flushing time is controlled by the PLC program setting);

2. After rinsing, the rinsed empty bottles are transported by the bottle washing drive mechanism, and fall on the bottle pushing rack. The bottle pushing cylinder works to push the empty bottles to the filling position, so that the filling nozzle is aligned with the water bottle mouth, etc. After the water is flushed, the filling pump starts filling. (The filling time is adjusted by the user according to needs)

3. When the filling is full, the PLC sends out a control signal, the filling solenoid valve is closed, and the filling is stopped. After the filling is completed, the filled water bottle is sent to the cover of the capping area by the next water bottle and sent to the gland Area, the capping cylinder drives the capping device to press the cap tightly. At this point, a wash irrigation cycle is completed.
