Product Description

Vertical compound crusher is a new type of machine based on the PCL vertical compound crusher and gets domestic and overseas fine crushing technology into together. Working Principle

When the machine is working, the motor drives the rotor fixed on the main bearing to run rapidly in a certain direction. The material falls into the throwing plate, is impacted by the high-speed strip of the throwing plate, and impinges on the throwing plate under the action of centrifugal force. Because the impact plate is inclined, coupled with the action of gravity, the material is thrown into the conical crushing chamber and affected by the high rotation of the upward hammer. After sufficient energy has been obtained, the material is again thrown onto the impact plate and the action is repeated. The materials collide with each other in the crushing chamber and then enter the cylindrical rotor chamber. Then crush, press, grind, and repeat. In this way, the material through the upper, middle and lower rotor crushing chamber, the hammer and impact plate crushing, pressing, grinding, the final material is gradually crushed into the required particle size out.
