Working principle
Heavy-duty compound crusher, also known as good Sand making crusher machine, is a new type of sand making machine developed by our company in 2015 according to the crushing principle of three crushing equipments: counterattack crushing, impact crushing and cone crushing. Its advantage is that it can turn three-stage crushing into two-stage crushing, reducing the investment cost of customers, and make use of the new crushing principle. Different diameter of rotor is used to achieve different linear velocity for broken materials with different particle sizes from large to small, which makes the materials receive different counterattack strength.
Application of the compound vertical crusher machine
Our compound crusher is mainly used to crush cement raw materials and cement clinker. It can also be applied to crush iron ore, sandstone, plaster, coal gangue, lump coal, limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt and other stones. It is mainly adapted to medium-sized raw materials and clinkers , at the same time can also be used for fine-crush dolomite, coke precious stones, lead-zinc, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal gangue , phosphate rock materials with medium hardness , especially suitable for hard limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt artificially build sand or highway pavement stone processing.
