Working Principle
Vertical crusher for iron ore is a crushing machine for crushing material of iron ore with a maximum size of 600-1800 mm to 25 mm or less.The device is driven by a motor rotor in the breaking chamber high-speed rotation.
Material from the upper feed into the machine is crushed by the impact of high-speed hammer, shear, grinding action.In the lower part of the rotor, a sieve plate is arranged.The particles smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the comminuted material are discharged through the sieve plate,and the coarse particle resistance larger than the size of the sieve hole is left on the sieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer.Finally, it is expelled from the machine by the sieve plate.
