The Knelson gold concentrator is a gravity concentrator equipment which is hot selling in African market, mainly used for gold mining. It is mainly used for recovering fine free gold from rock gold and placer gold. There are two kinds of gold mines, alluvial gold mine and rock gold mine. It is also used with ball mill, wet disc mill or shaking table.

Working Principle

The Knelson Concentrator relies on an enhanced gravitational force together with fluidization process to recover even very micron sized particles. When the machine starts to working, the motor drives the cylinder to run, and the material enters from the grouting port. The water volume and speed of the water in the backwash water into the pipe and the rotation of the cylinder are used to separate the tailings and concentrates.
