The wet pan mill, also called gold wet grinding mill and double roller grinding machine, it is mainly used for grinding gold and iron ores and other materials in dry or wet way widely.
The chilean grinding mill is mainly used in gold, copper and iron ore. Materials that can be crushed by a ball mill can also be ground by a wet pan mill. The final output size of the wet pan mill can reach 150 mesh, which is suitable for the next beneficiation process. Wet pan mill features the advantages of convenient installation, less investment and production fee and high output.
Working principle
The Wet pan mill repeatedly squeeze and mill gold ore through the weight of the wheels until the gold ore has been crushed completely. And then add 1 kg mercury into the water . Meantime, every 5-10 minutes, add gold ore to the machine. After 24 hours, recycle mercury. Then pack mercury with big density of cloth. Twist the cloth and let the mercury come out. The gold will be left in the cloth.
