High efficiency gold knelson centrifugal concentrator
Gold Knelson concentrator is a type of gravity concentration equipment, mainly used in the gold mining industry. It is used for the recovery of fine particles of free gold, meaning gold that does not require gold cyanidation for recovery. It’s an ideal gravity method equipment to replace amalgamating, mercury and cynide chemical.
Working principle
Knelson gold centrifugal concentrator is also called Nelson centrifuge, used to collect free gold in the rein gold ore or alluvial placer gold. It’s an ideal gravity method equipment to replace amalgamating, mercury and cynide chemical. It use the eccentric gravity powder to collect the free gold inside the inner cone groove. The real application results show that the recovery can be as high as 80%, especially for the free gold in the alluvial gold in the placer gold ore. The recovery rate for the gold ore slurry of 0. 074mm out of the ball mill can also reach more than 70%.

Customer working site
The centrifugal usually works together with the gold grinding mills like ball mill, wet pan mill or chillean mill to be fed with gold ore slurry and select the free gold or big size gold, the remaining gold will be discharged and goes to the shaking table or gold sluice so that the tailing gold can be reselected.
