Dust free bulk bag unloading station refers to the manual unpacking of small bag packaging materials, in the whole unpacking process by the filter and dust removal fan dust removal, dust will not leak, suitable for 0 ~ 50 kg bag packaging powder, granular materials. Dust free bulk bag unloading station is a new product developed by our company on the basis of extensive absorption of foreign similar products. It is currently the most advanced and perfect dumping station for bulk powdery and granular materials in China. It reduces the labor intensity of workers and solves the problems such as dust spillover when unpacking bags. According to the process requirements, it can cooperate with vibration hopper or mixing hopper for discharging.

The equipment is suitable for unpacking, releasing, screening and unloading small and medium-sized bag materials in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and metallurgical industries, especially for manual feeding and pre-screening of powder materials,for example, the 25KG or 50KG small bag packaging such as plastic resin, cement and food additives and other dry powder, granular materials for unpacking feeding.
