Working Principle
The rectangular gyratory screen utilizes reciprocating motion generated by an eccentric wheel rotating around a fixed axle. This creates directional inertial forces that cause materials on the screen surface to make periodic jumping movements. Particles smaller than the screen aperture fall through to lower layers, while larger particles are discharged from the coarse outlet. The fully enclosed structure operates at 0-5 degree inclination for optimal material flow.
