Direct Gas-Fired Performance
Our direct gas-fired tunnel ovens deliver exceptional calorific power, reaching temperatures exceeding 350°C. This makes them particularly suitable for baking cracker products and specialty items with very low moisture content requirements.
Advanced Zone Control System
Unlike standard gas ovens, our new design features independent control for each zone with the following advanced systems:
