After molding, cakes are placed in baking pans with molds and transported to the automatic lidding machine before entering the tunnel oven. Following baking, the automatic de-lidding machine removes lids, and cakes are extracted from pans using the flip-over depanner. Products are then cooled in the spiral cooler before proceeding to packaging machines.
