Automatic Lidder Operation
Positioned between the final proofer and oven, the automatic lidder ensures square-shaped toast bread by precisely placing lids onto baking pans. The vacuum or magnetic head picks up lids from the infeed conveyor and transfers them to the pan conveyor for accurate placement.
Automatic De-lidder Operation
Located after the oven and before the de-panner, the automatic de-lidder removes lids from baked products. Using the same pick-and-place principle, the vacuum or magnetic head lifts lids off pans and transfers them to the discharge conveyor, preparing products for the de-panning process.
