System Operation & Function

Operating Process
Empty pans are fed into the elevator via pusher mechanism and slide onto L-shaped carriers attached to vertical chains. The lift chain advances upward after each pan insertion. When production demand requires additional pans, the buffer releases stored pans stepwise to maintain continuous operation.
