This 380V 50HZ automatic lid handling equipment provides complete automation for baking pan lid management in industrial bakery production lines. The system includes automatic lidder, delidder, and lid storage components for efficient handling of baking pans with flat tops used for toast, loaf cakes, and pie cakes.
Automatic Lidder Machine
Positioned between the final proofer and oven, the automatic lidder applies lids to baking pans using advanced pick-and-place technology. The system features vacuum or magnetic lidder heads that precisely transfer lids from the infeed conveyor to pans on the production line.
Automatic Delidder Machine
Located after the oven and before the de-panner, the automatic delidder removes lids from baking pans post-baking. Utilizing the same pick-and-place principle, the delidder efficiently transfers lids to the discharge conveyor for storage or reuse.
