SAIMAI Indirect-Fired Tunnel Ovens use variable speed, high-volume fans to circulate heated air through ducts above and below the conveyor belt, delivering consistent radiant heat to baked food items. Multiple zones, independent top and bottom heat, and precise temperature and humidity controls help maximize product quality and consistency.

Direct Gas Fired Tunnel Oven

These tunnel ovens for commercial bakeries are designed for baking a vast variety of products in pans or directly on the hearth. Air turbulence provides a uniform bake with strong product side walls and shorter bake time. Multiple thermocouple sensors determine bake chamber temperature and provide zoned temperature control for complete flexibility. Individually controlled burners are located above and below the hearth for even heat distribution.

Equiped with Touch-screen and programmed by omron. PLC Software ,this unit is of electruc power or LPG,LNG to generate the heat energy.
