Depanner Types
Suction Depanner
Utilizes pick-and-place principle with vacuum head positioned above pans. Exchangeable suction head picks up products and transfers them to cooling conveyor for release.
Needle Depanner
Operates via pick-and-place principle with needle-equipped head positioned above baking trays. Needles penetrate products at an angle, lifting them from trays and transferring to cooling conveyor.
Flip-Over Depanner
Turn-over frame grabs multiple pans (depending on machine capacity) and inverts them. Empty pans return via conveyor while products are received and placed on cooling belt with secure retention.
Robot Depanner
Advanced pick-and-place system with robotic depanning head positioned above pans. Versatile head can be configured as suction, needle, or push type for maximum flexibility.
